Wenonah Brewing Company is hosting their second annual Oktobeerfest on Saturday, October 17th from 3-9pm. The event features live music, stone fired pizza and beer sampling.
Stone fired pizza will be available for purchase from The Woodshed Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza. The chef behind The Woodshed, Tom Babbler, attended culinary school in Colorado. His pizzas feature fresh ingredients and are made from scratch–many have said he makes the best pizza in Winona.
A variety of hand crafted beer will be served. Winona Brewing Company’s annual Oktoberfest and new seasonal Spiced Pumpkin beer will be on tap, as well as their Nut Brown, Pale Ale, Hop Backed Ale and Blackberry Brown. Josh Datta and Dave Sanders, members of the Winona Area Homebrewers, will have samples of their brews available. This is a great opportunity to experience the expertise and creativity of our local home brewers.
